Your role:
Reporting directly to the Area Manager, the Animal
Nutrition Engineer shall play the crucial biding role between formulators and
nutritionists on one side and sales team on the other side in market opening
for Phosphea product portfolio.
Your
missions:
To actively participate in market development and spread of the business in the area for all Phosphea products with highlight on specialty palette range
To analyze the animal feed markets in the area of Europe, growth perspectives, opportunities and threats and report any information of interest
To identify the customers’ needs, potential objectives and problems in order to define, propose and deliver the appropriate offer of Phosphea Specialties products and services
To endorse the benefits of the Phosphea Specialties products to decision makers (feed and premix factory) and end users (farms) within potential and existing customers, via strong technical presentations backed up by the HQ technical team
To master the technical aspects related to Phosphea’s specialties products
To develop strong commercial relations with customers via frequent visits, contacts and events
To participate in the marketing (advertising, events organization, testimonials, etc.) of the specialty
To train the Sales Managers and bring their level of technical knowledge to the highest level
To maximize the market intel through Phosphea CRM system for reporting of visits, projects, customer contacts and customer information
