Phosphea to acquire SPO in Brazil

Phosphea hereby inform that they have finalized the acquisition of the totality of the quotas representing SPO’s corporate equity.
SPO’s facilities consist in a production unit of a 100,000 tons capacity for feed phosphates, and a 100 000 tons capacity for the distribution of natural salt located in Imbituba (Santa Catarina state), South of Brazil.

With this acquisition, Phosphea continues its development strategy through the addition of an industrial plant, with the ambition to serve the needs of the dynamic animal nutrition market in Brazil
