ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE
ENGINEER
Based in
NEGOTIN
You will report to the Maintenance
Manager, and your main tasks will be:
– Organizing and coordinating employees in the field of electrical maintenance and production process automation;
– Developing operational plans for electrical maintenance and instrumentation maintenance;
– Creating purchase orders for electrical materials with procurement dynamics;
– Preparing machine and electrical installation dossiers from the aspect of their maintenance, with analysis of frequent failures and proposals for their elimination;
– Preparing technical documentation for existing and new equipment constructions in production (planned repairs, reconstructions of bottlenecks, overhauls, etc.);
– Reporting to the immediate supervisor in all required formats with proposals for operational measures to eliminate identified problems in work;
– Ensuring the functional and technical correctness of production facilities;
– Monitoring the functioning of electrical equipment in production and proposing constructive solutions for its improvement;
– Analyzing the current state and methodology of electrical and instrumentation maintenance, costs, failures, production downtime due to failure elimination, and proposing improvement measures;
– Supervising the work of third parties (coordination of work, supervision, acceptance of completed tasks);
– Coordinating work between the maintenance department and other sectors to ensure work continuity (production, quality control, transport, procurement of raw materials, etc.);
