Throughout your career path, in-house and external training programs conducted by experts will be available.

When you join the company, you will attend a Phosphea induction week introducing you to the company’s departments. This initiative aims to show employees the various roles within each department.

Not familiar with the animal nutrition sector? We organize customized in-house training courses to help you familiarize yourself with the field and develop new skills. Depending on your position, you will be required to follow training courses on animal nutrition and on our product ranges, conducted by our Product Managers.

For safety purposes, mandatory and optional regulatory training courses will also be organized.

Finally, as in-house mobility and career development are the cornerstones of our HR strategy, we organize training courses for employees transferred to new positions.
