Neophos Poultry

Source of calcium sodium and phosphorus

Bring concentrate ingredient for poultry

In poultry, phosphorus availability and digestibility are important to consider for animal growth. And combined with sodium, it represents good potential for poultry. As for NEOPHOS, which provides a positive electrolyte balance, it can limit heat stress effect on birds, by favorizing homeostasis. As chlorine-free sodium, NEOPHOS can also reduce the risk of tibial dyschondroplasia in broilers. Neophos is a highly available source of P, with a RBV (INRAE 2018) at 82% (INRAE trials 2013) and contributes to reduce P release in the environment.

NEOPHOS, a full solution

NEOPHOS is a highly available source of P, with a RBV (INRAE 2018) at 82% (INRAE trials 2013). Its high nutrient density (45%) combined with a good P digestibility  allows to satisfy poultry nutrient’s requirements despite their low feed intake capacity. The balance between cation (Na, K) and anion (Cl) is important to ensure a good cells function. Some nutrients from the diet, such as Lysine-Cl have negative EB. Thus, bringing ingredient such as NEOPHOS with a positive EB (2200 mEq/kg) allows to compensate some negative value. In growing phases a positive dietary EB is requiered.
