Job description

Reporting to the Asia-Pacific Business Director, you will further develop our Feed Phosphates business activities in some of our key markets in South-East Asia. The main missions are :
• Develop and expand the business in the animal feed sector (integrators, feed millers, premix makers, distributors,…)
• Identify the main levers of development and propose a strategy of development
• Monitor the market (competition, potential clients, raw material cost, regulations)
• Develop and monitor the B2B client portfolio by sourcing and pursuing contacts, prospects and partners
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts in order to optimize your results (prices, margins, volumes and market share)
• Manage your area P&L
• Ensure the correct processing of clients orders, logistics and payments
• Participate in the budget elaboration and draw strategic orientation

The Successful Applicant
• Graduate or higher in International Business/International Sales
• 3-5 years of experience in sales of Agri/Agro products, preferably in Animal Feed/Health sector, with proven track records in South-East Asia markets
• Demonstrated practical market experience
• Strong leadership skills, with proven experience in commercial team management
• Results and business oriented
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit
• Familiar with cultural and business practices in South-East Asian countries
• Excellent negotiating and communication skills, leadership building skills
• Autonomy and cross-cultural mindset
• Responsible, open and transparent
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must
• Frequent business travel is required

Experience level
